However, we want you to feel completely confident with your purchase, which is why we offer flexible options for cancellations, exchanges, and future upgrades.

1. Order Cancellations (Design Phase)

If you change your mind before manufacturing begins, you are fully covered.

  • Eligibility: Available only during the initial design phase, prior to the start of production.

  • Refund: 100% of your total order amount will be refunded.

2. Exchanges (Within 7 Days of Delivery)

If your jewelry arrives and it isn't quite what you expected, you can exchange it within a week of receiving your order.

  • Timeframe: Up to 7 days after the delivery date.

  • Option A (Equal Value): Exchange your item for another piece of similar value.

  • Option B (Higher Value): Exchange your item for a piece of greater value and pay the remaining price difference.
