Warranty Claims
Should you encounter any issues with your BelloGante jewelry, we are here to assist you. To initiate a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to info@bellogante.com, providing your order number, clear pictures of the damaged item, and a description of the issue.
- Our dedicated customer service team will promptly contact you to guide you through the process.
Warranty Coverage
Our lifetime warranty covers all defects related to the manufacturing process or materials used. If the issue is determined to be a result of our craftsmanship, we will arrange for the return and repair of the item at no cost to you.
Customer-Induced Damage
In cases where damage is caused by customer actions or accidents, we still offer free repair services. However, you will be responsible for shipping the item to us, either in person or via a courier service. Alternatively, we can manage the shipping for you, and you will be billed for the associated costs.
Jewelry Polishing and Cleaning
As a token of our appreciation for choosing BelloGante, we offer free polishing and jewelry cleaning for all of our jewelry. It is the customer's responsibility to take advantage of this service. You can either send your jewelry to us via courier or arrange to bring it in person to our office for cleaning. Once cleaned, you can collect your jewelry from our office.
Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover the loss of jewelry, components, or gemstones. However, should any component become loose or require replacement, we offer repair services. In such instances, you will be responsible for covering the cost of the new part and the associated shipping fees.
Limitations of Liability
BelloGante's liability under this warranty is limited to repair services and replacement parts as outlined in this policy. We are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is subject to the laws of the state in which our business is based.
